One of Baird Built’s recent projects, a stunning holiday home built in collaboration with Copeland Associates Architects, highlights Kyle’s ability to combine traditional techniques with modern innovation, leaving a lasting impression on everyone involved. This standout project is a holiday home located near Ohakune in the Ruapehu District. The unique residence, set against the majestic backdrop of Mt. Ruapehu and surrounded by forests and Department of Conservation land, has become a remarkable example of the integration of a home into its natural setting.

While the Ohakune holiday home represents a new frontier for Baird Built in terms of prefabrication, the company continues to take on a wide range of projects throughout the Taihape region. In addition to residential work, Baird Built recently completed earthquake strengthening for Ruapehu Farm Supplies in Taihape, demonstrating their versatility in both residential and commercial construction.

    Following your inquiry, you will have a personal call with me - Kyle Baird (owner). This conversation is crucial for establishing a connection and discussing your project in detail.   • Step 3: Design Process
    Once we have a clear understanding of your vision, we will collaborate with our preferred partners to begin the design process. This phase involves creating detailed plans that reflect your desires and requirements. We believe that a well-thought-out design is the foundation of a successful build.
  • Step 4: Price Project
    After finalizing the design, we will conduct a thorough pricing process. This includes a detailed estimate that outlines all costs associated with your project. Our commitment to transparency means you will have a clear understanding of your investment before proceeding.
  • Step 5: Present Quote
    We will arrange a face-to-face meeting to present the final quote. During this meeting, we will walk you through each aspect of the costings, allowing you to ask questions and address any concerns. Our goal is to ensure you feel confident and informed about your investment.

We have weekly client meeting updates where we update you on the progress of your project, any key decisions required and allows our client to discuss any project related matters or ask any questions.
